Return procedure

Return the package via the carrier of your choice , at your expense, ensuring that the package arrives directly at our address (no shipment to a relay point will be accepted).

📦 Important:

  • No returns should be sent to a relay point , as they will not be collected .

  • Hand-delivered returns are also refused.

  • In France, you can use Colissimo via La Poste for greater reliability.

  • For international returns, you are free to choose your carrier, provided that delivery is made to your home .

  1. Keep proof of shipment of your package until confirmation of receipt by our team.

  2. Returns processing: Once your package has been received by our services, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a maximum of 15 days to notify you of the successful receipt and refund of your order (or other processing as appropriate).

Return conditions

✅ Items must be returned:

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed

  • With all labels intact

❌ Returns will be refused in the following cases:

  • Damaged , stained , perfumed , holed items

  • Items returned outside the time limit (see specific conditions on your order confirmation)

⚠️ In the event of a non-compliant return:

  • The item may be returned at your expense.

  • You will receive an email informing you of this.
